DEFINITION :

  • It is a cement-based self-leveling floor leveling screed that can be applied between 1 and 10 mm in order to obtain a smooth surface.

  • It is used to correct surface defects between 1-10 mm.
  • It spreads itself and creates a smooth surface.
  • It is easy to apply and does not require much labor.
  • It does not shrink or crack.
  • Suitable for wheelchairs and underfloor heating systems.
  • It is suitable for hand and machine use.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

  • The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.
  • The surface must be free of residue that may prevent adhesion.
  • Regional defects on the ground should be repaired with FTECH 40 Repair Mortar .
  • Application thickness should be determined by taking into consideration the roughness and porous structure of the surface.
  • Before application, primer must be applied according to the ground conditions.

CONSUMPTION:

  •   1.5-1.8 kg/m² (for 1 mm thickness)
