DEFINITION:

Aquaband is a flexible, cold joint waterproofing tape that swells in contact with water and provides permanent insulation.

  • In concrete partitions with a risk of water leakage, underground structures such as foundations, retaining walls, and tunnels,
  • In cold joints in structures that carry and store water,
  • In cold joints and pipe transitions in wastewater treatment plants,
  • In cold joints of water tanks and swimming pools
  • In water channels, hydroelectric power plants and pumping stations,
  • In reinforced concrete pond and dam bodies,
  • It is used in water structures exposed to high pressure.
